Our Solution
TeleMed Portal lets patients book appointments and meet their doctor by video consultation in the browser. Doctors keep electronic medical records, track vitals and issue prescriptions, and administrators manage users from their own dashboard.
An AI symptom checker and chatbot, built on Google Gemini, helps patients describe their symptoms and recommends suitable doctors from the platform. Real-time updates keep patients and doctors in sync.
