Our Solution
SmartHR brings employee records, leave, attendance and payroll into one system. The payroll engine is a pure, tested module: statutory rates live in versioned rule sets rather than in code, so they can be checked and updated without a software release, and every figure comes with a step-by-step breakdown.
Payroll runs follow a submit, approve, finalise workflow with separation of duties, and corrections are saved as linked amendments instead of overwriting history. Bank, tax, NSSA and ID numbers are encrypted at field level, and every organisation's data is isolated with row-level scoping covered by automated tests.
