The Challenge
Paper prescriptions create avoidable risks for patients and extra work for clinics:
- Missed interactions: Dangerous drug combinations can slip through when there is no automatic check.
- Lost or unclear prescriptions: Handwritten scripts are hard to read and easy to lose.
- No shared record: Pharmacists and patients cannot easily see what was prescribed and dispensed.
Our Solution
MediPrescribe moves the whole prescription journey online. Doctors write electronic prescriptions that are checked against a drug database for interactions, with severity, effects and management guidance, before they are issued.
Pharmacists dispense against the same record, patients see their medicines, appointments and vitals, and administrators get reports, CSV exports and a complete audit log. Notifications go out by SMS and email, and a built-in demo mode lets anyone explore it without a backend.
